iFLY Announces Faheem Memon as New VP of US Retail Operations

LONG ISLAND, N.Y.--()--Bringing with him more than 18 years of experience in operations management and leadership, Faheem Memon is joining the iFLY team as the new vice president of U.S. retail operations. Having most recently served as vice president and general manager of Medly, with previous leadership roles at 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and Ruby Tuesday, Memon says he will “bring a wealth of experience to my role as VP of U.S. retail operations at iFLY, setting the stage for success and propelling our operations to new heights."

Over the years, Memon has distinguished himself as a leader capable of transforming operations across multiple industries. His passion for driving growth and achieving operational excellence has allowed Memon to implement innovative strategies, streamline processes, and develop high-performing teams wherever he lands.

Prior to landing at Medly, Memon honed his skill set managing major regional centers for several brands. In these roles, he effectively reduced staff turnover, boosted sales for underperforming locations and facilitated the successful openings of new locations. Now, as VP of U.S. retail operations at iFLY, Memon plans to bring his “diverse background of leading successful teams, creating growth strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences” to iFLY.
