Beyond his work for the federal government, Chopra is a thought-leader on the revolutionary potential of the coming-era of health-data interoperability. At CareJourney he has created open data service that helps providers, payers and pharma market leaders make smarter decisions in the move to value-based care. He also co-founded CareJourney’s parent company, Hunch Analytics, a “hatchery” incubating ideas that improve the productivity of health and education markets.
