Wisetail Announces Inaugural Client Advisory Board

Members for 2021-2022 include Cheesecake Factory, Krispy Kreme, Bagel Brands and more

BOZEMAN, Mont.--()--Wisetail, a leader in learning engagement and management software that builds companies into communities, today announced the formation of its Client Advisory Board (CAB). The first group of Wisetail clients to join the board include Cheesecake Factory, Krispy Kreme, Bagel Brands, REI, Smoothie King, Sweetgreen, Taco Time and Hospitality Capital Partners.

The purpose of Wisetail’s CAB is to leverage the existing experience and knowledge of its clients in order to build the best and strongest learning management system (LMS) and learning experience platform (LXP) on the market. Wisetail’s perspective on learning is centered around collaboration, so the CAB provides opportunities to work together to share innovative ideas, highlight the voice of the client and allow clients to grow with the platform.

Additionally, Wisetail sees the relationship it has with its clients as a partnership: when Wisetail wins, its clients also win. Therefore it’s important to provide a solution that exceeds clients’ goals and positions them as thought leaders in their own industry. By forming the CAB, Wisetail aims to strengthen its partnerships while simultaneously strengthening its product.

“We’re very excited to see how the Client Advisory Board will shape the future of Wisetail’s LMS and LXP,” said Ali Knapp, president at Wisetail. “It’s only logical that the people who use and are most familiar with our platform will have the best ideas for how to improve it. Just as we help our clients create a community of their own employees and users, we look forward to creating a community of our clients where innovative ideas flow and we can learn and grow together.”

“Our Wisetail platform has been an integral part of our business for six years,” said Will MacIntosh, senior director of operations services at Bagel Brands. “With the challenges of a global pandemic and all the additional obstacles it presented, our team began a focused effort to up our game with how we engaged within the Wisetail ecosystem. Wisetail was our biggest tool to bring all our team members closer together—even though we were all physically separate. We appreciate the opportunity to share our voice and ideas and have a hand in creating the best LMS and LXP out there.”

The CAB meets quarterly, and members are required to participate in focus groups and work with the Wisetail Client Success Program. Tenure on the CAB lasts for 12 months, and the board will change members every June. Membership is currently by invite only.
