II (NYSE:DMYD) ("dMY II"), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. dMY II’s Class A common stock and warrants are currently traded on The New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) under the ticker symbols “DMYD” and “DMYD WS” respectively.
