A four-time Chief People Officer, Lenox brings over two decades of experience leading employee and cultural operations. He has built and scaled people strategies at high-growth, category-defining companies like Square, Stitch Fix, and Blue Bottle, where his work in employee onboarding and talent development contributed to sustained double-digit growth. Lenox started his career at McKinsey, where he developed the structured, people-first approach that has enabled him to scale teams and cultures with speed and precision.

His responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, and increasing employee engagement amid the company’s rapid growth and global expansion, with more than 400 employees across seven offices.
