Workflow optimization will enable seamless engagement across the sales cycle

Outreach for Zoom Mail enables revenue teams to connect Outreach to Zoom Mail and Zoom Calendar in their Zoom Workplace app. With this integration, sellers can sync emails to and send emails from Outreach using Zoom Mail. They’ll also be able to directly connect their Zoom and Outreach calendars to sync events and schedule meetings.

- Attachments within Templates: Share any kind of content as an attachment directly in your template.
- Snippets: Add pre-written content for consistent, impactful messaging.
- Reminders: Get reminders about sent emails, so you never miss a chance to engage with your prospect.
- Availability Sharing: Insert meeting availability directly into emails. Adjust language and time zones as needed.
- Open and Click tracking for reporting and performance metrics.
This integration empowers sales teams to engage seamlessly with customers, saving time and driving results—all within the Zoom Mail interface.
