Q2 Named a 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Winner

National award recognizes Q2 among the top organizations in the country for the fourth consecutive year

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for financial services, today announced it has received the 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award. The award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. The winners are determined by authentic employee feedback captured through a survey conducted by Energage, and results are calculated based on employee responses to statements about Workplace Experience Themes, which are proven indicators of high performance.

“Our mission at Q2 is to build strong and diverse communities by strengthening their financial institutions,” said Q2 Chairman and CEO Matt Flake. “We are proud to be recognized for our purpose-driven, people-first culture, and look forward to continuing to create an environment where our teams feel valued and inspired.”

“The USA TODAY Top Workplaces award is especially meaningful because the recognition reflects the voices and sentiment of team members across the company,” said Q2 Chief People Officer Kim Rutledge. “The award is a testament to the strong, supportive culture and collaboration that make up Q2.”

A key driver for Q2’s culture is the company’s corporate social responsibility program, Q2 Spark, which is dedicated to igniting a community of philanthropists. Q2 team members give their time, resources, talent and expertise to impact their neighbors, customers and one another through volunteerism and community service efforts. In 2024, Q2 team members volunteered more than 23,500 hours of service to their communities; combined with employee giving, Q2 contributed more than $1.6 million to nonprofit organizations worldwide. As a global company, Q2 contributes to an array of organizations, including the African American Leadership Institute, Breakthrough T1D, Lifeworks Austin, Friendship Home of Lincoln, Akshaya Patra, The Trevor Project and food banks across the country. In partnership with Austin FC, Q2 helps to promote belonging and inclusion in the Central Texas community through the Q-mmunity Gives grant program and Austin FC Dream Starter Competition. These efforts are one essential way that Q2 employees contribute to the company’s mission, creating impact in the communities where they live and work.
