Enlace Health Expands Its Specialty Value-Based Care Platform Equipping Hospitals with the Analytics and Administration Needed to Thrive in the CMS TEAM Program

Leveraging its extensive experience managing episodic care, Enlace Health will expand full capabilities to support all participating health system organizations implementing the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM). Launching with an analytics period in 2025 and the program risk period beginning in January 2026, TEAM is another step toward CMMI launching programs that drive quality improvement, cost containment, and streamlined care coordination for Medicare beneficiaries undergoing specific surgical procedures. TEAM builds on the success and learnings from CMS predecessor BPCI-A program to put health systems at the center of the risk initiative. The program will be a game changing initiative for episode adoption as TEAM provides a launch pad and test ground for future health system centric episode programs that have lacked adoption historically.
