Specialty Retailer Opens Store with Ribbon Cutting

ALAMEDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Market® is pleased to announce the grand opening of its newest store located in the Sarasota Pavilion shopping center. This is the 14th World Market location in Florida.

The new 18,369 square foot store is located at 6537 S. Tamiami Trail next to Publix in the shopping center. The store will be open Monday - Saturday 10am - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 7pm.

The specialty retailer is well known for its wide assortment of stylish, quality furniture, home decor, and thoughtful gifts in addition to one of the largest assortments of candy and international food favorites from around the world. The Sarasota World Market Grand Opening is taking place on Friday, February 28th. Festivities start at 9:45am with a ceremonial ribbon cutting followed by food tastings and giveaways throughout the weekend.
