TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Veterinary Surgical Specialists of Orange County (VSSOC), a leader in advanced veterinary surgical care since 1990, is proud to announce the opening of its new, state-of-the-art Surgery Center located at 2937 Edinger Avenue, Tustin, CA, just a few doors down from its flagship hospital.
