Preston Spire, the “Good Wins” Advertising Agency, Named to Ad Age’s Best Places to Work for Second Year in a Row

Preston Spire, a fiercely independent, full-service Minneapolis-based agency, is recognized for its ESOP, inclusive culture and leadership that drives the agency’s unignorable creativity and purpose.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Preston Spire, Minneapolis’ independently-owned “Good Wins” agency that emphasizes purpose-driven work and collaboration, has for the second year in a row been named to Ad Age’s Best Places to Work, one of the advertising industry’s most prestigious honors. The 2025 list awards 50 companies that lead in factors ranging from pay and benefits to corporate culture and leadership. Preston Spire ranked third in Ad Age’s list of companies with up to 150 employees — a significant jump from its 18th ranking in 2024.

Ad Age selects honorees through a scoring system that surveys employees and questionnaire responses.

“Every person on our team is a contributor with a voice, a vote and a unique point of view. This recognition of our team chemistry and the culture we have created together is among the most rewarding any leader can receive,” says Jennifer Spire, Partner and CEO of Preston Spire. Our clients continually call it out in the interactions they have with us, the trust they give us, and the work we are able to do together as a result.”

Preston Spire cited several factors for receiving the Ad Age honor, including its popular employee stock ownership plan; free family YMCA memberships; leading sustainability initiatives; plus, awarding team members who embody the agency’s “Good Wins” purpose.

“People first is such a cliché,” says Chris Preston, Partner and Chief Creative Officer of Preston Spire. “But when you actually do it as part of your business purpose, it not only leads to work you can be proud of, but a team that is proud of what they do.”
