Great Canadian Entertainment Announces Reservations are Now Open for Canada’s First Gordon Ramsay Steak at River Rock Casino Resort

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great Canadian Entertainment, Canada’s leader in gaming and hospitality, is thrilled to announce that reservations for the highly anticipated Gordon Ramsay Steak at River Rock Casino Resort are now open. This exciting partnership with Gordon Ramsay North America follows the successful launch of Gordon Ramsay Burger at Great Canadian Casino Vancouver in December 2023.

Gordon Ramsay Steak delivers an elevated steakhouse experience infused with the dynamic multiple Michelin-starred chef and television personality’s unmistakable culinary flair. Diners will enjoy a menu that combines Chef Ramsay’s iconic signature dishes, such as his world-famous Beef Wellington comprised of a beautiful roasted beef tenderloin enveloped in an unctuous mushroom duxelle and wrapped in perfectly cooked flaking pastry. Steak selections include A5 Wagyu, Certified Angus and an impressive selection of dry-aged specialities.

Exclusive offerings inspired by the region include locally sourced, wild Miso-Glazed Sablefish marinated in miso soy and glazed with a bourbon-aged miso maple syrup, served with stir-fried vegetables in a shellfish dashi, a delicious appetizer of Wild Bluefin Tuna Tartare in which high-grade bluefin tuna is tossed in a house made ponzu sauce and garnished with avocado, and cucumber scales, and mouth-watering sides such as locally grown, organic heirloom carrots that are roasted and served with harissa yogurt and caramelized honey.

The menu emphasizes seasonality, sustainability, and local sourcing, with 75% of produce, 85% of beef and all pork and salmon sourced from Canadian producers. Local wild seafood includes BC King Salmon, sablefish, scallops, and Atlantic oysters. Organic chicken and Australian Wagyu are certified Halal. For those craving a sweet treat, don’t forget Chef Ramsay’s famous sticky toffee pudding, a melt in the mouth pudding cake with brown sugar toffee and brown butter ice cream.

Everything at Gordon Ramsay Steak is crafted in-house, from freshly baked breads to handcrafted sauces. The extensive wine list showcases premium selections from BC and Canadian wineries, while inventive cocktails complement the sophisticated ambiance.
