GAINESVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Infotech® announced today the addition of two executives to the company’s leadership team to support future strategic growth. Doug Reichard, formerly of Trimble, joins as Chief Revenue Officer, and Ammon Lesher, formerly of Gordian, joins as Chief Operating Officer.

The new Chief appointments will partner with the company’s existing leadership team to set and execute the strategy that will strengthen Go-to-Market initiatives and business strategies to improve execution and achieve growth goals.
Reichard joins the company with 15 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner (AECO) industry. He has served in leadership positions at Trimble, Bentley Systems and Newforma. As CRO, Reichard will lead Go-to-Market strategy and motions, defining the best path forward to serve the growing demands for digital delivery while continuing to prioritize the relationship-focused mindset on which Infotech was founded. Among many accomplishments, Reichard has worked extensively with local, state and federal government agencies to provide technology and thought leadership, including AASHTO, and is familiar with Infotech’s industry partners like Esri, Autodesk and Trimble.

Lesher joins Infotech with over a decade of experience driving organizational growth in various leadership positions. Prior to Infotech, he spent 12 years at Gordian, a leader in construction data, consulting and facilities management software, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. There, he led a 500-member team responsible for Gordian’s enterprise construction procurement and facility planning solutions. As COO, Lesher will focus on key initiatives designed to accelerate growth, streamline processes, enhance scalability and ensure the successful execution of Infotech’s long-term strategic goals.
