MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), a leading worldwide provider of innovative filtration products and solutions, today announced that Scott Robinson, chief financial officer, will retire from his current role effective October 31st, 2024. Brad Pogalz, currently vice president, global financial planning and analysis, will assume the role of chief financial officer. Mr. Robinson will remain in an advisory role through December 6, 2024, working closely with Mr. Pogalz to ensure a smooth transition.

Prior to his current role and during his tenure at Donaldson, Pogalz has served as head of finance, EMEA and head of investor relations, corporate communications, sustainability and enterprise risk management. Pogalz has a Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
