Ra-Mon Watkins, a retired high school math teacher and football coach, brings a unique combination of business knowledge and enthusiasm for community engagement to his role as a new SpeedPro franchise owner. A former University of Michigan football player, Watkins has always believed in teamwork, accountability, and mentorship—principles he plans to apply to this new venture. Before teaching and coaching, Watkins worked in sales and earned his degree in business.

Watkins’ focus will be on creating lasting partnerships with local businesses, particularly in the B2B sector. He also plans to work closely with Detroit schools and organizations, including the Detroit Police Athletic League and Midnight Golf, by offering signage donations, event support, and mentorship opportunities for youth.
