Outreach Names Abhijit Mitra as New Chief Executive Officer

Manny Medina to take on role of Executive Chairman

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Outreach, the first and only Sales Execution Platform built for AI-powered revenue workflows, today announced Abhijit Mitra will be CEO effective immediately. Mitra previously held the position of Outreach’s President of Product and Technology. Manny Medina will step into the role of Executive Chairman of the Board.

Mitra brings years of experience building market-leading companies. In his previous role at ServiceNow he created and led the Customer Service Management business unit to make it the company’s fastest growing business, and then created and led Industry Solutions, helping the company expedite its journey from $4B to $10B in revenues. Prior to ServiceNow, he created and directed market-leading B2B enterprise applications at SAP and Oracle.
