The investment provides significant funds into EDGLRD’s technology platform and intellectual property portfolio.
EDGLRD works with a network of leading artists, musicians, film directors, and video game developers to blend the worlds of entertainment and artificial intelligence. The studio has collaborated with some of the biggest names in culture, including The Weeknd, Nike, Marc Jacobs, Travis Scott, and Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS, as well as top Hollywood directors and anime studios. EDGLRD’s first feature AGGRO DR1FT premiered at the 80th Venice International Film Festival, and has toured the globe by way of immersive activations.
Together, EDGLRD, Samizdat, and Reuben Brothers will create one of the world’s biggest content generators—focusing on movies, video games, advertising, interactive content, social media, music, fashion, hospitality and sports.
