The new studio will join the Company’s existing on-base F45 Training studio and offer military members and their families stationed at MCAS access to FS8’s unique low-impact training program. This program combines Pilates, tone, and yoga and is designed to support both physical and mental resilience—key attributes in military life.

Designed to leverage the leadership and discipline inherent in military training, F45 SkillBridge assists with transitional readiness for active-duty men and women who are transitioning out of the military.
