Melina Kennedy Joins the LDI, Ltd. Board of Managers

INDIANAPOLIS--()--LDI, Ltd., a leading family office, is proud to announce the election of Melina Kennedy to its Board of Managers. Kennedy is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), a collaboration of CEOs from major corporations, foundations, and universities dedicated to advancing inclusive prosperity through strategic initiatives and investments in Indiana.

With over 25 years of experience in law, government, and business, Kennedy previously spent eleven years at Cummins, Inc., serving as Vice President of Product Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, as well as business leadership roles in the Engine and Power Systems businesses.

Kennedy was also an attorney at the law firm of Baker and Daniels LLP, and from 2000-2005 served as deputy mayor and director of economic development for the City of Indianapolis.

Active in the Indianapolis community, Kennedy was president of the Capital Improvement Board for seven years, which oversees the ownership and operations of Indiana’s professional sporting and convention facilities. Kennedy currently serves on the boards of the National Bank of Indianapolis, Indiana University Academic Medical Center, and chairs the 16 Tech Innovation district. She holds B.S., M.S., and J.D. degrees from Indiana University – Bloomington.
