Jeff Haddox Named CTO for Omni Retail Enterprises

Veteran retail technologist will develop immersive and seamless customer experiences and deploy innovative solutions to propel growth.

NEW YORK--()--Omni Retail Enterprises, operator of a portfolio of lifestyle digital storefronts and communities covering home decor, apparel, health & wellness products, fitness and educational programs, has appointed Jeff Haddox as Chief Technology Officer. He will oversee all digital selling channels, enterprise project planning, infrastructure, and data analytics for Omni’s storied brands.

Haddox most recently served as Chief Digital Officer at RuffleButts, a children’s clothing digital storefront, and was previously Senior Vice President of Digital Experience & Analytics at Academic Partnerships, which helps regional public universities and small colleges grow their online programs. He spent most of his career at Pier 1 Imports in numerous leadership roles with increasing responsibility across Marketing, Business Development, Digital and E-Commerce, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer across all touch points.

Haddox is an adjunct professor in the digital retailing program at the University of North Texas teaching Digital Retail Analytics and Managing a Diverse Workforce. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of North Texas, MBA with a focus on Information Systems from Tarleton State University and DBA in Leadership from Walden University.
