The new Knowledge Bot is integrated directly into the Celigo user interface, providing real-time, contextual support to users. The release introduces a variety of new connectors including:
- POS/Payment Gateways: New connectors for Toast, Corrigo Enterprise, Revel, and Adyen (released in April) streamline sales and financial transactions.
- Marketplace: Integration capabilities are expanded with connectors like SparkLayer, Zalando, Otto, NewStore, and SAP Commerce Cloud to enhance e-commerce operations.
- Sales and Marketing: New connectors for Lusha, RollWorks, Cognism, Clari, PhoneBurner, and Salesloft facilitate better data synchronization and customer relationship management across sales and marketing platforms.
