Pampered Chef® Names Nevena Srebreva as New Chief Executive Officer

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pampered Chef^®, a Berkshire Hathaway company, has announced that Nevena Srebreva has been appointed as the company's next Chief Executive Officer. Srebreva, formerly Pampered Chef’s Chief Field and International Officer, succeeds Andrew Treanor who has led the company to achieve many milestones during his four years as CEO.

Srebreva has 25 years of experience in the direct sales industry, with a strong track record of developing high-performing sales teams. She joined Pampered Chef as Chief Field and International Officer to grow the company’s reach by building and strengthening its network of independent consultants and expanding internationally. Prior to Pampered Chef, Srebreva served in leadership roles at Vorwerk North America where she helped launch Thermomix USA, and at Avon where she drove business growth in the U.S. and in Europe.

Srebreva helped successfully grow Pampered Chef’s reach by leading the company’s expansion in Europe and transitioning the business to a virtual model during the pandemic. She also helped evolve the company's hybrid business model and digital business tools, including the successful launch Pampered Chef’s award-winning platform, Table.
