MILWAUKEE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW) announced today that board member John C. Pfeifer has chosen not to stand for reelection to the Company’s Board of Directors; therefore, his term will end at the May 7, 2024 annual meeting of shareholders. First appointed to the Manitowoc board in 2016, as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Oshkosh Corporation Mr. Pfeifer brought expert and deep operational experience and advice from the machinery industry. He was instrumental in shaping Manitowoc’s strategy for growth in envisioning Manitowoc’s strategy shift from a solely product-focused company to being more service-oriented.
