Crypto.com Arena Names Ron Little Vice President of Security

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crypto.com Arena has announced the hiring of Ron Little as their new Vice President of Security. In his new role, Little will primarily focus on leading all event and non-event security and risk management services for the arena. In addition, he will also be responsible for working with the Los Angeles Lakers, LA Kings, Los Angeles Clippers, and Los Angeles Sparks to assist with the arena’s security planning and implementation of safety protocols.

Ron Little joins Crypto.com Arena from the Seattle Seahawks, where he served as the Director of Security for Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center, and the WAMU Theater, hosting over 300 events annually with a total of 2.4 million guests. With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Little has established himself as a recognized expert in venue management, commencing his work in Seattle in 2016. During his role, Little contributed to the development and implementation of physical security measures and security technology tailored to a professional sports venue, adhering to the NFL Best Practices for Stadium Security and the DHS SAFETY Act standards.

Before his tenure with the Seattle Seahawks, Little held various roles in Oakland, including General Manager for SMG at ORACLE Arena and Oakland-Alameda Coliseum. A seasoned veteran in the entertainment industry, he collaborated with Bill Graham Presents and Live Nation, overseeing events and facilities across the Western United States. Little also managed security operations for prominent festivals nationwide, such as the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, Tennessee.
