Fiesta Parade Floats Wins 5 Rose Parade Trophies for its 5 Float Entries

PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fiesta Parade Floats, the Rose Parade’s most awarded float builder, announced today it won five trophies for its float entries at the 135^th Rose Parade in Pasadena, California. Fiesta built five of the 41 floats in this year’s parade – a 100% success rate.

Fiesta Parade Floats’ entries received the following awards:

• Kaiser Permanente “Symphony of You” – President Award for most outstanding use and presentation of flowers.
• City of Torrance “The Lyrical Call of Nature” – Princess Award for most outstanding floral presentation among entries 35 feet and under in length.
• One Legacy Donate Life “Woven Together: The Dance of Life” – Judges Award for most outstanding float design and dramatic impact.
• The UPS Store “The Beat of Achievement” – Bob Hope Humor Award for most whimsical and amusing float.
• Louisiana Office of Tourism “Explore Louisiana” – Showmanship Award for most outstanding display of showmanship and entertainment.

Floral design and construction is led by industry-leading veterans, including Tim Estes, president; Katie McCormick Furey AIFD, CFD, floral director; and a staff of world-renowned float designers and artists.
