CINCINNATI & SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ingenovis Health, a leading healthcare workforce solutions provider, announced that executive leaders Laurie Reichert, COO of Ingenovis Health, and Andrea Nelson, President of VISTA Staffing Solutions have been named to Staffing Industry Analyst's (SIA's) 2023 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. Now in its ninth year, this annual list recognizes women for exceptional contributions to the staffing industry.
With an executive leadership team that is more than 50% female, Ingenovis Health is committed to progressive and inclusive leadership under leaders like Reichert and Nelson.
Laurie Reichert joined Fastaff in 2019 and, after Fastaff’s acquisition by Ingenovis, was named Ingenovis' chief operating officer in 2021. She is responsible for all nursing and allied professional brands within Ingenovis Health, leveraging her staffing experience to continuously improve recruiting, credentialing and logistical operations throughout the organization. One of her most recent accomplishments was leading the company through a multi-year technology and process transformation that delivered an integrated employee resource program as well as the implementation of a robust applicant tracking system. In addition, Reichert has passionately supported the Ingenovis Health ACT program which offers well-being and career advancement support to clinicians and will award $100,000 in nursing scholarships this year.
Andrea Nelson has been with VISTA since 2013 and, after its acquisition by Ingenovis, was named the organization's president in 2023. During the pandemic, she led VISTA’s recruitment and deployment of physicians to underserved areas of the U.S. Over the past year, Nelson was instrumental in leading the company's integration with Ingenovis Health, and outperforming revenue expectations within the locum tenens market. The most rewarding part of her role is driving innovation and growth while simultaneously building and developing diverse teams whose work impacts physicians and patients in communities nationwide.
"We couldn't be prouder of Laurie and Andrea, and we commend the SIA for recognizing great talent within this important industry," said Bart Valdez, CEO of Ingenovis Health. "They both have made significant contributions to our business while also creating opportunities for the talented healthcare professionals we send on assignments around the country."
