Gordon Ramsay Makes Louisiana Debut with Gordon Ramsay Steak at Horseshoe Lake Charles This Fall

Celebrated Chef’s First Venture to the Pelican State Offers Signature Dishes and New Favorites

LAKE CHARLES, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Celebrated multi-Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay is set to make his Louisiana debut with the opening of his highly acclaimed steakhouse, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Horseshoe Lake Charles this November. Featured menu items at Gordon Ramsay Steak include Louisiana Blue Crab Cake, dry-aged prime beef, American and Japanese Wagyu, chops, crispy skin salmon, Ramsay’s signature Beef Wellington, served medium rare, accompanied by glazed root vegetables, potato purée and red wine demi-glaze along with his signature Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert. With more than 200 seats, the restaurant overlooks the lake and boasts a full bar serving photo-worthy cocktails and an extensive wine list.

The restaurant will be open from 4:30 – 10 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and from 4:30 – 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
