(“Vicarious Surgical” or the “Company”) (NYSE: RBOT, RBOT WS), a next-generation robotics technology company seeking to improve patient outcomes as well as both the cost and efficiency of surgical procedures, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $45.0 million of shares of its Class A common stock (“Common Stock”). All of the shares of Common Stock are being offered by Vicarious Surgical. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $6.75 million of additional shares of its Common Stock.
