Hydrow Announces CFO John Stellato Promoted to President

BOSTON--()--Hydrow, the leading at-home connected rowing brand that brings the on-water experience of rowing straight to your home, today announced the promotion of its CFO John Stellato to President, effective immediately.

Stellato joined Hydrow’s executive team last year, when he was named Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investor Relations Officer. He brought to the role broad strategic expertise across the financial services, industrial/retail, and mergers and acquisitions areas, including many years leading investments across all sectors as the Executive Vice President of The Pritzker Organization, LLC.

I’m thrilled that John will be ascending into the President role as a credible and committed partner,” said Bruce Smith, Founder and CEO of Hydrow. “With this new position, John will continue to run finances for Hydrow, in addition to playing a larger role in all aspects of the business, including setting up the company for the next stage of growth.”

"I joined Hydrow nearly a year ago, and I continue to be greatly impressed by the quality and depth of my colleagues, and the opportunity for our best-in-class rowers and original content to sweep the connected fitness industry," said John Stellato, President of Hydrow. "In this new leadership role, I look forward to working together with our incredible team through Hydrow’s next phase as we position the company for profitable future growth."
