Optii Solutions Appoints Wendy Zapach as Chief Revenue Officer

Optii Solutions is welcoming Wendy Zapach to lead sales and marketing for the hotel operations technology company

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Optii Solutions, the leading hotel operations software, has announced the appointment of Wendy Zapach as Chief Revenue Officer for the company. In her role, Wendy will lead sales and marketing teams globally.

Wendy joins Optii with over twenty years of experience in the hotel and hospitality technology industry. She began her career in various sales and marketing roles at independent hotels like Boston Harbor Hotel and Tucker's Point Hotel, which became a Rosewood property under her leadership. Moving to the technology side, Zapach started her hospitality technology journey leading sales for the North Eastern U.S. Region at TravelClick, where she helped hotels manage digital transformation projects across a variety of hotel departments and technologies. She later joined Alice (now Actable), to lead a growing sales organization where she transformed the company into a notable player in the hotel operations space. Most recently, Wendy led sales and marketing as Chief Revenue Office at Lodgistics.

Zapach will take on and grow Optii’s sales and marketing organizations, and build on the momentum of record growth in the past year. In her role, she will work closely with senior leaders and product team to ensure existing and emerging needs of hotel operations are met while maintaining an impressive pace of innovation.
