Riemer & Braunstein Announces Promotions

BOSTON--()--Riemer & Braunstein LLP, a law firm concentrating on the representation of financial institutions and debt and equity funds in national and regional commercial finance and real estate finance transactions, today announced the promotion of one lawyer to senior partner and four lawyers to partner.

Kevin added, “advancement is available to dedicated practitioners in the firm, whether joining the firm from our summer internship program or joining the firm as a lateral transfer. Each of the elevated attorneys has become interwoven into the firm’s culture and has evidenced the high level of integrity and character which the firm has always valued.”

Senior Partner in the New York Office:

Serhat T. Krause – Serhat joined the firm in April 2020 as a partner in the Real Estate Finance practice area. Serhat is a 2006 graduate of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Serhat received his undergraduate degree from Istanbul Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey, and an advanced degree from the University of Notre Dame. Serhat is an experienced practitioner handling sophisticated real estate finance transactions.

Partners in the Boston Office:

Molly R. O’Neil – Molly joined Riemer & Braunstein as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice area in September 2016, after graduating from Suffolk University Law School. Molly graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2010. Molly participated in the firm’s summer program in 2015 and has since been involved for several years in coordinating this program at the firm.

Casey M. Parent – Casey joined Riemer & Braunstein as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice area in January 2016. Casey is a 2014 graduate of Suffolk University Law School and received his undergraduate degree in 2010 from the University of South Florida.

Partner in Miami Office:

Joseph Sultan – Joey joined Riemer & Braunstein as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice area in August 2019. Joey is a 2016 graduate of New York University School of Law. Joey received his undergraduate degree in business from Boston University Questrom School of Business in 2013.

Partner in Chicago Office:

Benjamin D. Ganellen – Ben joined Riemer & Braunstein as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice area in July 2021. Ben is a 2016 University of Illinois College of Law graduate and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2012.

Molly, Casey, Joey, and Ben each handle a wide variety of real estate finance transactions, serving the firm's regional and national institutional clients. Joey also handles sophisticated real estate matters for the firm's Florida-based real estate clients.
