Senior Partner in the New York Office:
Adam B. Chertok – Adam joined the firm in September of 2019 as an associate in the real estate finance department. Adam is a 2011 graduate of University of Miami School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2005. Adam is an experienced practitioner representing lenders in sophisticated real estate financings; Adam also represents parties in general corporate, equity and real estate transactions.
Partner in the Boston Office:
Ellen E. Callahan – Ellen joined Riemer & Braunstein in September of 2017, after participating in the summer program in 2016. Ellen has been a valued member of the real estate finance group since joining the firm, working on multi-asset facilities, unsecured and subscription revolving credit facilities and single asset financings. Ellen graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2017 and received her undergraduate degree from Colgate University in 2013. She also has been involved for several years in coordinating the firm’s summer program.
Partner in the Burlington Office:
Kristine H.P. Hung – Kristine joined the firm in October 2017 as an associate in the Burlington, Massachusetts office working in the Land Use/Development and Real Estate practice where she has become an important part of the Burlington team. Kristine received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1998 and her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1994.

Cheryl L. Weinheim – Cheryl joined Riemer & Braunstein in 2015 and has been a valuable contributor in the real estate finance department since that time, working on a wide variety of real estate financings including first mortgage secured construction and term loans and warehouse credit facilities. Cheryl received her law degree from Brooklyn School of Law in 2012 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 2009.
