He succeeds Isabel Gongora, who held the position since October 2021. Small brings over 30 years of financial experience with a focus on strategy & operations, mergers & acquisitions, business development, and raising capital. In his role, he will be responsible for managing AiAdvertising’s finances, including tracking cash flow and overseeing financial planning.

(NASDAQ: CMPO) public with a $1.2 billion enterprise value. Small holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
