"We are so excited to host our first in-person event for our Texas Esports League. The dedication we've seen from the students competing all semester has been so impressive. That they now have this chance to demonstrate the results of their hard work on-stage in front of their friends and families is really special and something we're incredibly proud to be able to support,” says Zack Fabi, COO and co-founder of Vanta, “Hosting this league for Texas students this fall has been so rewarding and we are thrilled to be able to work with such incredible students, teachers, and schools to help continue to build out the robust scholastic esports scene here in Texas."
Saturday December 17 will see middle school competition while Sunday will see the older high school students going head to head.
The event is completely free and open to the public, and anyone is welcome to register on Vanta’s event page. You can also see the full event schedule on that registration page.
For those of you who will not be able to make it in person, you can catch the action on Vanta’s Twitch starting Saturday at 8:00am CT and running through Saturday and Sunday.
