Modus Create Expands Atlassian Expertise and Global Presence with Twybee Acquisition

This acquisition is the fourth for Modus Create this year

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Modus Create, a digital transformation consulting firm, announced today that it has acquired Twybee, a French Atlassian Gold Solution Partner specialized in the training and implementation of Atlassian solutions.

This announcement marks the fourth acquisition for Modus Create this year, having acquired Atlas Authority, Tweag, and Promptworks in May, June and October, respectively. It’s also Modus’ second acquisition of an Atlassian solution partner following Atlas Authority, and second French acquisition after acquiring Tweag. The acquisition deepens Modus’ bench of Atlassian experts, adds training capabilities for Atlassian customers, and also further establishes the company’s foothold in a high-demand regional market.

Similar to Modus Create, Twybee is deeply invested in the Atlassian ecosystem. As an Atlassian Gold Solution Partner, the Twybee team holds a number of certifications for solutions such as Jira and Confluence, and is a recognized Atlassian community leader across France, having trained more than 1,000 people in Atlassian tools. Modus Create also has a long-standing partnership with Atlassian as a Platinum Enterprise Solution and Cloud Specialized partner, and was recently named Partner of the Year for Services in 2021.

Twybee co-founder Alexis Robert will join Modus Create’s team specializing in European, Atlassian solutions, while co-founder Manon Soubies-Camy will join the marketing team to lead partner marketing. Other Twybee employees will join Modus Create as Atlassian consultants and marketing professionals.

“As we grow our Atlassian footprint in Europe, It was critical that we invested in a company like Twybee, with complementary offerings and a dynamic, well-respected reputation in the Atlassian community,” said Sarah McCasland, Chief Strategy Officer, Modus Create. “Twybee not only adds to our Atlassian capabilities; it represents our continued commitment to enhancing our offering and expanding our global capabilities.”
