Lincoln International Expands Presence to Southeast, Opening Miami and Atlanta Offices

Continued growth spurs openings in new geographies for both client coverage and talent acquisition

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lincoln International announced today that it has expanded its U.S. footprint with the opening of offices in Miami, Florida, and Atlanta, Georgia. The two offices represent the firm’s entry into the Southeast, an area experiencing an increasing amount of economic growth driven by population migration and relocation, as well as added operations of corporations and private equity firms in the region.

“Being in both Miami and Atlanta yields several strategic benefits and helps address our continued growth,” said Rob Brown, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Lincoln International. “Miami – and Florida overall – is increasingly attracting entrepreneurs, executives and investors who are creating a strong dealmaking and idea sharing environment where we can add value. And our Atlanta office, which has been primarily focused on serving clients with debt and equity valuations services, is poised to expand through the recruitment of other investment banking talent in the region. There is incredible momentum occurring in both markets, and we are excited to have a presence that creates new connections and drives value for our clients.”

Miami, Florida

Lincoln’s Miami office will be led by Clark Spurrier, Managing Director and Chairman of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group. Clark joined Lincoln in April 2022 when the company he founded, Spurrier Capital Partners, was acquired by Lincoln. He will lead development efforts in Florida to help expand relationships and opportunities for TMT and the firm globally.
