PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Native American Basketball Invitational (NABI) and University of Phoenix are pleased to announce the full-tuition NABI Foundation Ernest L. Stevens, Jr. – University of Phoenix Scholarship. This is the first year the scholarship will be offered; it is a single recipient full-tuition scholarship for a bachelor’s or master’s degree at the University of Phoenix and covers electronic resource fees.
