Kong Announces Speaker Line-Up for Kong Summit 2022 in San Francisco on September 28-29

Fifth Annual Conference Features Sessions, Demos and Workshops to Discover Real-World Solutions for Building, Securing and Governing APIs and Microservices

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kong Inc., the cloud native API company, today announced the speaker line-up and featured sessions for its annual Kong Summit, which will take place on September 28-29 at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco. Kong Summit 2022 is back in-person after two years of digital-only, bringing together Kong’s customers, partners, open source user community and industry thought leaders to explore breakthrough ideas and developer-driven innovation. The Summit will explore 'where API innovation runs wild' – with a focus on modernizing connectivity without sacrificing security and governance. Sessions and workshops will cover real-world solutions to building, securing, consuming, and governing APIs and microservices.

In addition, on September 27, Kong will also be hosting its second annual Kong Summit Hackathon, an all-virtual event designed to foster creativity within the Kong community. Submissions are open September 1-27.

Kong Summit 2022 will also be holding a ceremony to celebrate the winners of the API Innovator Awards on September 29, highlighting projects and individuals who have accelerated digital transformation through innovative uses of Kong technology. Applications are now open until August 11.
