Additionally, XpressControl software monitors the performance of integrated cash handling devices and automatically alerts users to issues that require resolution. The software is database driven and obtains real-time updates from cash recyclers running XpressCash software without the need for any manual intervention by a user. Additionally, Help Desk tickets can be initiated when hardware problems are detected by the application.
