RED OAK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Qarbon Aerospace, Inc. (Qarbon Aerospace) On May 2nd, 2022, less than 12 months after Qarbon Aerospace’s formation and within 10 months of project kick off, Qarbon Aerospace is proud to announce that they successfully achieved their target ‘go live’ date for their new IT Infrastructure and enterprise wide Business System Transformation from Legacy SAP to a tailored and optimized system for composite manufacturing and assembly consisting of Deltek’s Costpoint integrated with TIP QA.
Following their formation on May 7th, 2021, Qarbon Aerospace spent two months analyzing and evaluating options for their specific Infrastructure and Business System needs. Upon selecting Deltek and their partners, Qarbon Aerospace launched ‘Project Bulldozer’ in early July of 2021 with the highly ambitious goal of transforming the entire IT infrastructure and Business systems prior to the first anniversary following the formation of Qarbon Aerospace. Under the outstanding leadership of Eric Holloway, Qarbon Aerospace CIO, and the seamless collaboration formed with Mike Corkery, CEO of Deltek, Russ Guzdar and Kelly O’Neill of Deltek, Sukumar Narayanan and Craig Daily of AXIA Consulting, Qarbon Aerospace has managed to accomplish a challenge that would normally take two years to achieve.
The successful achievement of an on time ‘go live’ date is a testament to the incredible talent, skill and partnership of the Qarbon Aerospace, Deltek, TIP and AXIA teams. This incredible accomplishment sets Qarbon Aerospace up for optimized Operational processes tailored specifically to the nature of their business, which will yield enhanced efficiencies and quality that directly support the Qarbon Aerospace Mission of ‘creating value through the relentless pursuit of quality with velocity in everything we do’.
“I could not be prouder of the Qarbon Aerospace team and our partners Deltek, TIP and AXIA. The success of this project is a direct result of outstanding teamwork, the coming together of the best talent in the business, a highly disciplined project management plan and a work ethic and commitment from the combined team that will never be surpassed. Congratulations and thank you to the Qarbon Aerospace team and all our partners. This is an outstanding accomplishment that could only be achieved by a world class group of people.
