(Nasdaq:MDRX) today announced that it has completed the sale of the net assets of the Allscripts Hospital and Large Physician Practices business segment to Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU), through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”).
