BRADENTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As the weather begins to warm and the sunshine starts to melt away those winter blues, First Watch – the nation’s leading Daytime Dining concept – is inviting guests to put a spring in their step with a new menu of seasonally inspired dishes. With a vibrant fresh juice made from sweet pineapple juiced in-house and three all-new specialty dishes featuring premium proteins from the land and sea, the new seasonal menu offerings are sure to delight.

“At First Watch, we are always working to elevate the dining experience for our guests by offering new, flavorful dishes made with only the freshest, quality ingredients. So, when it came to planning this year’s spring-inspired menu, we knew we wanted to pack a punch by offering inspired takes on brunch classics that highlight some of the season’s delicious, premium proteins,” said Chef Shane Schaibly, Senior Vice President of Culinary Strategy for First Watch. “Whether you are looking to stay landside with flavorful chorizo or take a bite out of the sea with sweet crab or tender shrimp, this menu truly has something for everyone to get excited about and we cannot wait to hear what our guests think of these savory new specialties.”

First Watch’s spring menu selections are available nationwide* through May 29th and include:

  • Crab Cake Benedict – Crispy crab cakes topped with two cage-free poached eggs with sautéed baby spinach and house-made pico de gallo, covered with sriracha hollandaise and garnished with scallions and Old Bay seasoning. Served with lightly dressed organic mixed greens.
  • Chorizo Sunrise Sandwich – A cage-free over-easy egg with two griddled chorizo sausage patties, melted Monterey Jack cheese, fresh smashed avocado, Cholula® and house-made pico de gallo on a grilled brioche bun. Served with lightly dressed organic mixed greens.
  • Shrimp & Grits – Our take on this Lowcountry classic features sautéed shrimp and Cajun andouille sausage reduced with chicken stock, house-roasted tomatoes, onion, green peppers and scallions, served over Bob’s Red Mill Cheddar Parmesan cheese grits, with artisan ciabatta toast.

From the Juice Bar:

  • Pineapple Express – Pineapple, orange, coconut water, lime, agave and a mint crystal rim.

First Watch’s new seasonal menu items are available to order alongside its robust menu of breakfast, brunch and lunch favorites at most locations nationwide for pickup, delivery and dine-in service. In addition, First Watch is pleased to announce that its fan favorite and highly Instagram-able color changing lavender lemonade – Purple Haze – has become a permanent fixture on menus nationwide thanks to overwhelming customer demand. Made with fresh lemon juice, cane sugar, a hint of lavender and butterfly pea flower tea to give the beverage its unique color-changing effect, Purple Haze joins menus following an initial introduction as part of First Watch’s seasonal offerings in January 2021, and a celebrated reprise as part of the brand’s most recent seasonal menu.

First Watch is open for breakfast, brunch and lunch seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. For more information about First Watch, its seasonal menu offerings or to find the nearest location, visit firstwatch.com.
