NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Academy Securities, a registered broker-dealer, certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), today announced the addition of Joe Nunn as Managing Director, Fixed Income Sales.
Joe Nunn brings with him tremendous expertise in high yield, bank loan, and distressed markets. He started his career at Salmon Brothers in fixed income sales, and subsequently held positions at institutions including UBS, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Pierpoint Capital. While specializing in high yield and investment grade sales over the years, Mr. Nunn has maintained relationships with top-tier financial institutions, mid-sized banks, money managers, insurance companies and hedge funds.

Mr. Nunn graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He holds an MBA from Marquette University.
