Neil Wiley joins Academy with a wealth of expertise in the national security and intelligence domains, following a 38-year career in government service, first as a commissioned naval officer and later a civilian intelligence professional. Mr. Wiley commented on joining the firm: “It’s an honor to join a firm which works with, and for, those who have given so much in the service of our nation. I look forward to contributing to a superb company with an important mission.”

Mr. Wiley graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Biological Sciences and is currently a Visiting Professor of Practice in the university’s Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security (ARLIS).
