BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bally Sports, a division of Sinclair Broadcast Group (“Sinclair”) today announced The Rally will premiere today, January 24 at 5:00PM ET. The all-new discussion-based show will air weekday afternoons across Bally Sports’ family of 19 regional sports network brands (RSNs) and the Bally Sports app.
Presenting one of the youngest and most diverse talent lineups, Shams Charania, Russell Dorsey, Brooke Fletcher and Joshua Perry authentically debate and analyze the trending sports topics of the day while harnessing the social media conversation and viewer commentary. Charania will focus on all NBA-related storylines and topics.
Produced in coordination with Stadium, Sinclair’s 24/7 multi-platform sports network, the Chicago-based studio production will feature national conversation, enhanced by expert contributors across the RSNs. With live pre-game look-ins and on-site interactions, The Rally creates a distinctively compelling take from the national level, while drawing from elite regional perspectives.
The 90-minute show also welcomes frequent guests and presents viewers with opportunities to engage with the show and studio hosts and insiders.

Charania is one of the NBA’s preeminent insiders. Currently the lead senior NBA Insider/Writer and Analyst for Stadium and The Athletic, the Chicago native has received an enormous amount of attention, including being included on Forbes “30 Under 30” list and named “Insider of the Year” by The Big Lead.
Dorsey is a young, talented baseball writer out of Chicago with several years’ experience covering baseball for publications including MLB.com, Baseball Prospectus, Forbes, the Chicago Tribune and the Daily Herald. In 2020, Dorsey was hired by the Chicago Sun-Times to serve as the Cubs beat reporter, making him the youngest beat reporter in the city at the age of 25. In addition to his role on The Rally, Dorsey serves as Bally Sports’ National MLB Insider.
Fletcher began her career in production working at ESPN before she transitioned to a role in front of the camera with ESPNU’s College Football Daily and the SEC Network. Since then, she has spent nearly four years with Bally Sports Detroit serving as host and reporter for the Detroit Tigers, Red Wings and Pistons.
Perry is a former college linebacker and 2014 NCAA National Champion with the Ohio State Buckeyes. After a four-year stint in the NFL, his media career is taking off with experience providing analysis and insight for Stadium, the Big Ten Network, and a several other Columbus, Ohio outlets.
