NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tennessee Voice Over Studios (TNVO Studios), a premier training and production studio opened Nov. 8 in the Film House Building in Nashville’s MetroCenter. With more than 30 years of experience, Christi Bowen brings a unique approach to voice over acting and teaching to Nashville’s acting and film production community.
“So many people are switching careers and exploring new paths, that now seemed like the perfect time to provide a more formal setting for training, coaching and production. More than 90 voice actors participate in the local meet up group for voice actors in Nashville, and more than 800 people are members of that Facebook group,” Bowen said.
TNVO Studios provides a professional recording setup including a WhisperRoom Isolation Booth - another Tennessee based company - for students and clients needing to produce audition recordings, or for professional voice actors to work remotely.
TNVO Studios focuses on three fundamental areas: performance, business and technical skills. For students new to voice acting, Bowen has assembled a team of coaches who are not only covering the basics of voice acting but are also teaching students about the business side of voice acting. Their combined experience runs deep with clients and projects that include voice acting and production for L’Oreal, Walmart, General Mills, IKEA, National Geographic, REELZ, PBS, American Express, FedEx, and Nutri-Sytem, The Oprah Conversation, ESPN, PBS, and Saturday Night Live. Classes may be scheduled online at tnvoiceoverstudios.com. Bowen noted that TNVO Studios is following all COVID-19 safety protocols and that class size is currently limited to 12.
TNVO Studios is located at 810 Dominican Drive, Suite 201, Nashville, Tenn., 37228. For more information, contact Bowen at 615-657-9889 or at tnvo@tnvoiceoverstudios.com.
