TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT), the global integrator of Insight Intelligent Technology Solutions™ that maximize the value of IT, has jumped more than 200 spots to No. 95 on the Forbes World’s Best Employers 2021 rankings. The list is determined through an anonymous independent survey by Statista of 150,000 full-time and part-time workers at multinational companies and institutions from 58 countries.
The survey asks respondents to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family, and Forbes ranks the top 750 companies by the highest total scores. They also were asked to evaluate other brands in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively, rating the companies in areas like image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility.
Insight ranked No. 12 among IT companies worldwide, rising from No. 27 in 2020, and was the top non-OEM solution provider on the fifth annual list. Insight, which joins the top 100 overall after debuting last year at No. 296, has cultivated a culture deeply rooted in values of hunger, heart and harmony that inspire its 11,000 teammates to innovate and collaborate in an open and equal workplace. The company’s recent second annual Global Harmony Day reaffirmed a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Also, its emphasis on transformational solutions and client obsession directly addresses the most pressing contemporary needs of corporate clients, public agencies and schools as they seek to drive bold changes to meet growing digital demands.
“Seeing Insight take a giant leap forward on this year’s Forbes rankings speaks very highly of the team-oriented culture we’ve built; our teammates are living our values and purpose of making meaningful connections with our clients, partners and each other. These principles of togetherness and greater connectivity are very real to all of us as we make a dedicated effort to create solutions that improve people’s everyday lives and work,” said Ken Lamneck, president and CEO of Insight.
Partnering with more than 6,000 hardware, software and cloud providers, Insight’s more than 4,000 deep technical experts and 8,000 total service delivery professionals help clients like this grocery chain, this college campus, and this county improve how they take care of their customers, employees, students and citizens in need, respectively. Through scale and innovation, Insight architects, implements and manages end-to-end IT solutions. Solutions center on these key areas advancing productivity, agility and efficiency for today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape: modernizing infrastructure, cybersecurity, hybrid workplaces, application innovation, and intelligent use of data through Artificial Intelligence and the edge.
As a Great Place to Work-certified company and a U.N. Global Compact member, Insight also champions people, leadership and culture by investing in teammate development and an equitable workplace. In the last 12 months, the company also has been named by Forbes to its America's Best Employers for Diversity 2021 and America’s Best Employers for Veterans 2020 lists.
“The overwhelming response shown in the latest Forbes and Statista survey validates that our teammates and those who are familiar with us feel like Insight is a place to grow professionally and make a real difference to those we serve. We’re building a culture of innovation where everyone can realize their full potential,” said Jen Vasin, senior vice president, human resources.
