LOS ANGELES & ROCHESTER, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crenlo Engineered Cabs (“Crenlo”), a manufacturer of engineered operator cabs and roll over protective structures for heavy equipment and off-highway vehicles, backed by Angeles Equity Partners, LLC (“Angeles”), today announced its Emcor Enclosures division has been sold to an affiliate of JLL Partners. The sale enables Crenlo to fully dedicate its operations to manufacturing engineered cabs for off-highway vehicle OEMs in the Americas. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
