Crenlo Engineered Cabs, an Angeles Equity Partners Portfolio Company, Adds Stephen Pridmore as Chief Commercial Officer

Former Pace Industries COO Joins Off-Highway Cab Industry Leader

ROCHESTER, Minn.--()--Crenlo Engineered Cabs (“Crenlo”), a manufacturer of engineered operator cabs and roll over protective structures for heavy equipment and off-highway vehicles and a portfolio company managed by Angeles Equity Partners, LLC (“Angeles”), today announced the appointment of Stephen Pridmore as its new chief commercial officer (CCO). The addition of Pridmore to Crenlo’s executive team is the latest step in the execution of the company’s strategic plan to accelerate growth within the heavy equipment and off-highway vehicle markets.

“Crenlo is proud to welcome a transformational leader like Stephen with outstanding credentials in operational excellence,” said John Lenga, CEO of Crenlo Engineered Cabs. “His deep experience in growing industrial manufacturing companies will be a strong asset as we continue to position Crenlo as the outsourced cabs partner of choice in the industry.”

Previously, Pridmore spent a decade in various leadership roles at Pace Industries. He began as the director of business development and worked his way to the roles of president and chief operating officer (COO). He gained experience as an executive leader for Pace’s lawn and garden, power sports, automotive, and emerging markets business units. Prior to that, Pridmore was the executive vice president of United Electronics Corporation, a manufacturer specializing in military power distribution including power connectors, cable assemblies, power distribution panels, and more.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity offered to me by Angeles and John Lenga to join the Crenlo team,” said Pridmore. “Crenlo is the premier cab supplier to the off-highway industry with significant momentum. I look forward to working closely with them to provide commercial leadership, accelerating growth through expanded relationships with our strategic customers, best-in-class service levels, and focused business development efforts.”

“Stephen is an accomplished, multi-industry commercial leader with an impressive track record. We believe his experience leading and transforming industrial manufacturing operations strengthens Crenlo’s leadership team and position as the premier cab supplier to leading OEMs within its target markets,” said Frank Spelman, managing director of Angeles Equity Partners, and Adam Lerner, operating partner of Angeles Operations Group. “We welcome him to the Crenlo team as we work to realize the full potential of our Crenlo investment.”
