Allvue Files Registration Statement with the SEC for Proposed Initial Public Offering

MIAMI--()--Allvue Systems Holdings, Inc. (“Allvue”), a leading alternative investment technology solutions provider, today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Allvue has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ALVU.”

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays and Credit Suisse are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering.
